HI-USA Hostels and Volunteers Honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

For HI-USA, this MLK Day was an occasion to renew our organization's commitment to service and community. Over a dozen hostels across our network celebrated Dr. King's legacy this year by hosting events on-site, participating in large-scale projects outside the hostels, and hosting film screenings and discussions for their guests and members of the community.

2014 Great Hostel Give Back Begins

For the fourth year in a row, HI-USA is honoring its commitment to civic engagement and volunteer service with the Great Hostel Give Back. Throughout January and February, HI-USA offers groups free overnight accommodation in exchange for volunteer work. The scope and impact of the projects that have already been completed in January is truly inspiring.
