Our warehouse has made the decision to move to an emergency Social Distance Operating (SDO) model. What this means is that we are focusing our efforts on shipping out orders for high demand titles and latest releases first. We do expect this to change in the coming weeks, but in the meantime you might find you receive two parcels. It will also take the reduced warehouse crew 2-3 days to get it out the door. From there, we'd ask you to be mindful of restrictions that might be impacting local carrier services as they manage the current situation as best they can.
